WHAT KIND OF LEATHERS DO WE USE?
We use different leathers, also vegan leather alternatives, like apple peel. But mostly we use salmon, (vegetable tanned) cow, calf leathers. Italy and Iceland are the biggest suppliers of our leather products.
We use waste of the fishing industry for our leather accessoires. Nordic Fish Leather works CO2 neutral and only uses skins from sustainably caught fish with recognized quality marks.
CAN I ORDER ITEMS FROM PREVIOUS DROPS?
Unfortunately it's not possible. We work with small collections. Keep an eye on the website or subscribe to our mailing list on the contact page. Or send an email to email@example.com ! Sometimes items can be sold out online but not in the retail shops. Please also contact us.
HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM?
We have a 14-day return policy. Any returns must be shipped/postmarked within 14 days of being received. Returned items should not have been used and need to be returned in a resellable condition with the original tags on it. Without tags we can't take
items back. All customers are required to organize return shipping themselves as we do not provide free return labels at the moment.

HOW DO I FIND THE RIGHT SIZE?
All t-shirts are for men and women, so unisex. Choose the size you normal wear. Do you like a
tight-fit choose one size smaller than normal. Do you like wider fits choose
one size bigger than normal. The 100% organic cotton items will shrink a little bit after washing it for the first time. Do you really want the right size send us an email: firstname.lastname@example.org or call/visit retailers.
WHAT IF MY ITEM IS DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT?
Sometimes things go wrong. You’d be surprised how many people are involved in getting a garment from a cotton seed to your doorstep and although we strive to avoid any mistakes at all, sometimes they happen.
If you’ve received items that don’t match the description, are incorrect,
damaged or defective please take pictures showing the defect or damage. If you’ve received the wrong items, please take a picture of the size tag inside the garment (most likely in the neck area).
Email us your order number, the images and a description of what’s wrong at email@example.com. We will collect and replace any defective or erroneous items and correct any mistakes carried out by us at no additional cost. Usually impossible because we check everything!
