Our products are delivered with DHL or POSTNL. If you order before 12:00, the order will be dispatched on the same day. The orders from Saturday till Sunday are shipped on Monday. Above €59 the shipping costs are free in the Netherlands and Europe. For every order below this amount the following costs apply (NL): €6,00.-. For Europe it's €15,00- and for countries outside Europe it's €20,00-.

  • All orders are shipped out directly from our warehouse in The Netherlands within 24 or 48 hours after the order is being placed.
  • All our shipments are tracked.
  • Orders for The Netherlands ordered before 14.00 will be shipped out same day. Orders placed after this time will be send out the next day. Orders on Saturday and Sunday are shipped on Monday.

Delayed or lost orders

It's important to check your delivery address twice, before and after checkout. If you noticed you made a mistake, please send us an email: with your order number. When order is send out, unfortunately we can't do anything for you.

Barcelonete is not responsible for any missing parcels that have been sent to a wrong address or asked to leave with neighbors or outside your house.
Missing or lost orders can be reported to us in an email to We will do our best to help you with the lost items. The shipment company must classify the items as lost, before we can refund or resend your items.

Sometimes it will happen your track & trace says delivered but you never received it. Usually you have entered a company as the delivery address. Your package has been delivered to somebody at the company or to another company next to your company. Request the shipment company for a proof of delivery. We don't refund orders that are tracked as delivered. Ship your items to a house adress to avoid this problem.
